Scheduled Tasks 

With scheduled tasks recurring cases can be defined In Nilex. In this way new cases will automatically be created in fixed intervals within the Nilex system.

An example could be to “change back up” every Friday at 2.00 pm. For the responsible employees a reminder will occur when it is time to handle a critical case. Nilex will keep track of the case is solved and it will log who has solved it.
