Search Function
In Nilex Service Desk it is possible to run a search in many different ways. One of these is to search on those e-mails which are received or sent from the system.
- Search on e-mails
- Use filters, expirations date to limit the search
- Find the case through e-mails
The advantage is that you can run search on a specific e-mail that the user refers to in a dialog. When you find the case you will automatically find the case.
