I Nilex Service Desk there exist several search functions which makes it possible, that the service employee always will be able to search up relevant information.
Free Text Search with results similar with Google
With Free Text Search it is very easy to find exactly what you are looking for. From this search form it is possible to search the Service Desk records as well as open and closed cases and the knowledge base.

Search directly in the case list
One of the advantages in the Nilex Service Desk solution is that it makes it very easy for the users to perform their actions which are a major factor when you are spending a lot of your time working with the system.
Using Free Text Search also means that the number of cases in the case list are minimised so that the only cases that are shown are those matching the search criteria.
It is possible to combine the Filtration with the Drop Down Value and the Free Text Search.
